Terms of Service

Who may use the panel

The panel is for invited members of the team only. Accounts are personal; do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use your session. Access can be changed or removed at any time.

Acceptable use

When using the panel you agree to:

• Use it only for the team’s own marketing and advertising work.
• Comply with Meta’s Terms of Service, Advertising Standards and Platform Terms, and with the terms of every other connected service.
• Publish only ads and content you are entitled to publish, and that comply with applicable law.
• Not attempt to access data, accounts or sections you have not been granted, or to interfere with the panel’s operation.

Connected services

The panel acts on Meta, Google Drive, Vercel, Slack and other services through credentials the team has authorized. Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or for actions they take on connected accounts.

Your content

Creatives, ad copy and other content uploaded to or produced in the panel belong to the team. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or publish.

Privacy

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy at blairgossett.dev/privacy-policy.

No warranty

The panel is an internal tool provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Always review campaigns, budgets and spend before and after publishing; the operator is not liable for losses resulting from use of the panel to the extent permitted by law.
